Primary renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.
About the Community/Property and Vacation Rental Unit:
Onsite amenities include:
an outdoor heated pool that is open 9AM – 10PM
2 charcoal grills for our owner and guest use
A fitness room with available from 6AM – 10PM
Beach Service available 8am – 5pm – March through October for daily and weekly rentals
This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental has a Maximum Guest Occupancy: 6 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)
Parking:
Guest is granted one parking pass per unit. To get your parking pass, you'll need to go the HOA office on the first floor. Please return to your car with it immediately, as this pass needs to be visible on your vehicle’s dashboard for the entirety of your stay.
Other details to note:
Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).

This is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that we just completed a full unit renovation in this beautiful beachfront condo! It's just a short walk down a tropical bridge to dip your toes in the emerald-green waters. There's a queen bed in the master bedroom, walk-in shower in the master bathroom, twins in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa. There is also a full kitchen! This space is the perfect family getaway.
