This 1,600 sq. ft. home sleeps 8 and features a king suite, queen room, and bunk room with trundle. Enjoy classic coastal charm, open living spaces, and private parking for 3 cars. Perfectly located near Seaside’s shops and dining, this cottage blends vintage style with modern comfort for your ideal 30A getaway.



Primary renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental features:

Bedroom 1 with a king bed – Sleeps 2

Bedroom 2 with a queen bed – Sleeps 2

Bedroom 3 with a twin-over-full bunk bed and a trundle bed – Sleeps 4

Maximum Guest Occupancy: 8 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)



This home is just under 1600 square feet.



Parking: 



Parking is directly in front of the house. The owner has a Jeep parked in the driveway at all times, but feel free to park behind it if needed. There is room for up to 3 vehicles.

359 San Juan Avenue is located in the heart of Seagrove Beach, one of the most desirable and centrally located communities along Scenic Highway 30A. Known for its laid-back yet upscale coastal feel, Seagrove offers a perfect balance of relaxation and accessibility.



Guests are just a short walk to the San Juan Beach Access, making it easy to enjoy the Gulf without needing to drive. The neighborhood itself is a quiet, low-traffic residential street, ideal for families and guests looking for a peaceful beach experience.



One of the biggest advantages of this location is proximity to Seaside, just about a 5-minute drive or bike ride away. In Seaside, guests can enjoy boutique shopping, local art galleries, the Seaside Amphitheater, Airstream Row food trucks, and iconic beachfront dining.



Seagrove and nearby 30A communities offer a wide variety of dining options, from casual beachside bites to elevated coastal cuisine. Popular nearby spots include Seagrove Village Market Café, The Perfect Pig, and numerous cafés and coffee shops along 30A.



The area is also known for its natural beauty, including rare coastal dune lakes, nearby state parks, and opportunities for biking, paddleboarding, fishing, and beach activities. The Timpoochee Trail runs nearby, making it easy to explore 30A by bike.



Other details to note: 



Trash days are Monday and Thursday. The night before, Sunday and/or Wednesday, please bring the cans to the street. On Monday and/or Thursday, please return the cans to the house after pick up has occurred. Trash cans are located in the fenced trash area between the house and the neighboring home to the north, next to the mailbox. Please ensure all garbage is bagged and placed inside the cans.

  

Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!



Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.



Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
