Enjoy breathtaking Gulf views from this beautiful 1-bedroom plus bunk condo at Emerald Beach Resort. Perfect for up to 4 guests, it features a king bed, bunk alcove, and a bright living area with a private balcony. Relax by the beachfront pool or tiki bar, grab coffee at Starbucks, and explore nearby Pier Park dining and shops—all just steps from the sugar-white sands of Panama City Beach.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay.

This vacation rental features:

A master bedroom has a king bed that sleeps 2

A bunk space, which can accommodate 2 more guests

Maximum Guest Occupancy: 4 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

Parking:

Guests may park up to 2 vehicles at this resort. Access to the parking garage will require a code, which will be sent to you on the day of check-in. The parking garage is on the north side of Front Beach Road. (Overflow parking is in the gravel lot behind the pool area.)

Once you enter the garage, park legally, then walk across the sky bridge so you can enter the building. (The owners’ tower is to the left.) After crossing the sky bridge, take the escalator to floor one and locate the elevators.

Guests will find 2 parking passes in the unit upon arrival. Please return to your car(s) with these passes, as all vehicles must display a valid paper parking pass on the driver’s side dashboard at all times. Vehicles without a visible pass are subject to ticketing or towing, per Emerald Beach HOA rules.

About the Community/Property:

Emerald Beach offers a lot of amenities including two large pools (one Gulf-front and one zero-entry pool with water play area; both are heated seasonally), a Gulf-front tiki bar, two hot tubs, Sky Bar (can you say KARAOKE?), a large fitness center, gift shop, and Starbucks! This resort is just steps from Pier Park, shopping, dining, and entertainment.

The game room is located at the Floridita pool. Game room 1 is in the Activities Center at the front of the pool area on the right side, closest to front desk. Game area 2 is at the back of the Floridita pool. Have fun!

There’s a rental company that sets up chairs right on our beach!

Enjoy the state-of-the-art Sky Bar on the resort's Sky Bridge overlooking Panama City Beach or visit the in-house Starbucks for your favorite coffee in the mornings. With just a few steps to the sugar white sandy beaches, take advantage of a clean and spacious beachfront with ample water sports and activity rentals available on site. Lounge around at the Poolside Tiki Bar or take a dip in the lagoon pool. Children have extra fun at Emerald Beach Resort thanks to the children's water feature! This resort kindly offers a fully equipped fitness center as well as boutique shopping and dining on-site and throughout surrounding areas.

Access to Onsite Amenities: Guests age 6 and up must wear the provided purple silicone wristbands while on property—especially when using amenities such as the pools, hot tubs, or the SkyBar. These wristbands are not disposable, and a replacement fee will apply if lost. Security strictly enforces Emerald Beach's Rules and Regulations. Repeated noncompliance may result in eviction, and 30a Seascapes does not provide reimbursement to guests removed for rule violations.

Trash Disposal: There are trash chutes on each floor to dispose of the trash . Make sure your trash is all in bags before putting down the chute

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
