Located in the exclusive Grace Point community, Grace at Patience is a spacious 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom beach home featuring a private martini pool, a screened back porch overlooking peaceful green space, and a charming front porch for relaxing outdoors.



Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.



About the Vacation Rental Unit:



This coastal retreat offers generous indoor and outdoor living areas designed for families and groups. The first floor features an open entry hall leading into a large chef’s kitchen with a waterfall-edge island (seating 4), a dining room that seats 8, and a screened back porch with additional dining for 4–6. Just beyond, a relaxing martini pool overlooks a beautiful green space—perfect for kids to play and adults to unwind. The front porch also provides a welcoming sitting area with four chairs.



Upstairs, the third floor “Eagles Nest” bunk suite and crow’s nest porch offer a partial Gulf view and a fun hangout for kids and teens. Just minutes from The Hub for dining and entertainment, this retreat combines a quiet, gated setting with walkable access to shops, restaurants, and bike paths.



This 4-bedroom, 4½-bathroom vacation rental features:

Master Bedroom (1st floor): A spacious retreat with a king bed, Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a double vanity, walk-in shower, walk-in closet

Primary Guest Bedroom (2nd floor): Equipped with a queen bed, Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination

3rd Bedroom (2nd floor): Features 2 twin beds and an ensuite bathroom

4th Bedroom (3rd floor): Includes 4 built-in bunk beds (ideal for children or teens) and an ensuite bathroom. The bunk suite could also function as a private retreat for adults if only 3 bedrooms are needed

There is a half bath on the 1st floor, located off the main living area, for guest convenience



Maximum Guest Occupancy: 10 Guests + 2 Pack ‘n Play for 2 infants (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)



With its gourmet kitchen, comfortable living areas, and multiple outdoor spaces—including porches, balconies, and the crow’s nest—the home delivers an elevated coastal experience. Families especially appreciate the separation of spaces: adults can relax on the main level or front porch while kids enjoy their own hangout upstairs.



Parking: 



Parking for up to 2 vehicles is available close to the home, on Grace Point Way, using two of the closest available parking pads. A golf cart will be parked in the covered portion of the driveway. Parking on the side streets (in front of the house) is prohibited and vehicles will be subject to towing. Guests may unload and load cars by the front door, but the vehicles must be promptly moved after loading/unloading is complete.

The homes in Grace Point offer a beautiful setting for your beach getaway.





Whether you're spending your days on the beach or enjoying a quiet evening on your private porch, Grace Point offers a balanced mix of relaxation, luxury, and convenience. Ideally located within Inlet Beach, the community is just minutes from restaurants, boutiques, and scenic parks, while still maintaining a peaceful and private atmosphere.



The area is well suited for water sports, biking, and walking, with excellent beach access along 30A, featuring clear water and sugar-white sand. 



Nearby is The Hub, offering dining, shopping, and entertainment for families and groups. Less than a mile away is Deer Lake State Park—about a 15-minute walk, 4-minute bike ride, or a quick drive (currently $3 parking for vehicles). Guests are also just a short drive from Rosemary Beach, with its boutiques, dining, and cafés. Local parks and bike paths provide additional options for outdoor exploration, including kayaking, paddleboarding, and fishing.





Other details to note: 



To rent this house, the primary renter will have to sign a golf and bike waiver. 



Trash pickup occurs twice per week—on Mondays and Thursdays. Please ensure that all trash is bagged and placed on the corner of the property for collection by Sunday and Wednesday evenings. After pickup, kindly return the bins to their designated storage area.



Due to occasional strong coastal winds, please ensure all upstairs exterior doors, including the Eagles Nest/crow’s nest door, are fully closed and latched whenever they are not in use.



For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, there is an external security camera located at this vacation rental. Devices are located at both the front and back porches.



Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!



Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.



Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
