Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their government issued IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Beach Access

Head to public beach access 36 with about a 10 to 13 minute walk, or drive and park at the public parking area at 600 Churchwell Drive. Either option takes you to the classic white sandy beaches and emerald waters that make this coast so special.

Trash pickup is every Thursday. Please place the trash bin outside by the garage the night before (or no later than early Thursday morning), and the waste service will collect it. After pickup, kindly return the bin to its normal storage spot.

House Rules

•   Quiet hours from 10pm to 7am (or as otherwise posted by community signage)

•   No unregistered guests or large gatherings

Per HOA policy, violations involving parties or disturbances may result in a 1,000 dollar fine and eviction.

Prior to arrival, you will receive a unique door code for keyless entry, making check in easy at any hour. Please keep this code private during your stay.

Upon booking, you will receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is convenient with our custom keyless locks. If you need anything before, during, or after your stay, our local team is ready to help.

•   Wi Fi: Coastal storms and service interruptions can occasionally affect internet reliability. If Wi Fi is essential for work or streaming, please consider bringing your own personal hotspot. There are no refunds for Wi Fi outages, as service is not guaranteed.

•   Wildlife: Florida’s tropical climate means you may occasionally see insects or small wildlife, even with regular professional pest control. This is considered a normal part of the local environment and is not grounds for refunds.

•   Security cameras: For the security of our guests and the safety of the home, there are exterior only cameras at the front door, driveway, and backyard areas. There are no cameras inside the home.
