Located directly across the street from the Gulf and just minutes from Public Beach Access 71, this townhome offers an easy, comfortable home base for guests seeking quick beach access and resort-style amenities.
Portside Paradise boasts a welcoming layout with a spacious front living area and a private back patio overlooking the courtside area. This gives your group a relaxing outdoor space between beach trips and pool time. The home is ideally positioned for convenience—whether you're heading out for a sunrise walk, grabbing groceries nearby, or spending an afternoon at Pier Park.
Portside is known for its laid-back atmosphere while still offering robust on-site amenities. Guests have access to:
- 3 pools (including 1 heated seasonally),
- Hot tub,
- Tennis and pickleball courts,
- Fitness center.
This makes it an ideal spot for families and small groups looking for a well-located stay with easy beach access and resort-style features.
This 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom vacation rental features:
Master Bedroom: 1 Queen bed, ensuite bathroom access, private balcony.
Guest Bedroom: 1 Queen bed, 1 Twin bed, hallway bathroom access (half Bathroom is on the 1st floor).
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 5 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)
Designed for comfort and convenience, this townhome offers easy beach access, two outdoor spaces, and a well-equipped community with amenities. Whether you plan long beach days or split your time between the pool and local attractions, Portside Paradise makes a fantastic base for your Panama City Beach getaway.
Parking:
For a fee, guests may park up to 2 vehicles in the community. Spots are assigned (by number), so please be sure to park in your designated spot(s). Please note that there is a resort-issued fee for parking passes and pool access wristbands. This fee is charged directly by the resort and is paid to them upon arrival.
Upon arrival, guests will see the HONK check-in signs at Portside and will need to register by entering their license plate number. Parking passes ($47 per vehicle) and wristbands are paid for and picked up through the resort. If you arrive after hours, you can stop by the office the next business day to collect your items. Office hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM.
About the Community/Property:
Portside Resort is a low-density, townhome-style beach community located at 17620 Front Beach Road, on the west end of Panama City Beach. The resort sits directly across the street from the Gulf, offering easy access to the sugar-white sand and emerald waters via Public Beach Access 71.
Known for providing the best of both worlds, Portside offers a relaxed, intimate resort feel without the congestion of a high-rise, while still delivering a strong set of amenities that keep guests entertained without the need to travel elsewhere. The grounds feature tropical landscaping, walkable paths, and centrally located amenities, making it easy to bounce between the beach, pools, and courts throughout the day.

Other details to note:
Prior to departure, please bag your trash and dispose of it in the dumpsters located onsite. Dumpsters can be found at both the front and rear of the Portside Villas property.
Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 11pm to 8am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
