Two driveways provide parking for up to four vehicles.

Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their government issued IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Welcome to Calypso Daydream, a spacious coastal retreat in the gated community of Calypso Pointe. With approximately 2,521 square feet across three floors, this four-bedroom home offers gathering spaces and separate bedrooms for a group of up to eight guests. Raised ceilings, built-in bookcases, and multiple decks contribute to the home’s inviting character.

The second floor brings everyone together with the kitchen, dining area, and main living room. Three guest bedrooms are located on the first floor, while the third-floor master suite offers a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, soaking tub, and dual vanity sinks. A second ensuite bathroom, a shared full bathroom, and a second-floor half bathroom make the layout convenient for families and friends.

A golf cart is included with your stay, and two driveways provide parking for up to four vehicles.

This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom vacation rental features:
Master Bedroom: King bed; third floor.
Primary Guest Bedroom: Queen bed; first floor.
3rd Bedroom: Full bed; first floor.
4th Bedroom: Full bed; first floor.
Master Bathroom: Ensuite with a shower, soaking tub, and dual vanity sinks.
Primary Guest Bathroom: Ensuite with a walk-in shower.

Calypso Pointe is a gated residential neighborhood in the Dune Allen area of Santa Rosa Beach, along the western stretch of Scenic Highway 30A. Guests have access to a shared community swimming pool, offering another way to enjoy the sunshine between beach outings.

Dune Allen is known for its white-sand beaches, coastal dune lakes, and natural surroundings. The Timpoochee Trail offers opportunities for walking and bicycling along 30A, while Topsail Hill Preserve State Park provides beaches, dunes, and outdoor recreation.

Nearby public beach access options include Palms of Dune Allen West, Palms of Dune Allen East, and Lake Causeway. For additional facilities, Ed Walline Regional Beach Access offers parking, restrooms, a picnic pavilion, and seasonal lifeguards. This home spans three floors. The guest bedrooms are on the first floor, the kitchen and main living spaces are on the second floor, and the master suite is on the third floor. Stairs are required to move between these levels.

A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes’ policies else face fees and/or eviction.
