Parking:
A maximum of two vehicles is permitted per condo. All guest vehicles must park in the resort parking garages. Garage clearance is 7 feet.
For this one-bedroom condo, the resort registration fee is $86.97, which includes parking registration for up to two vehicles and seven property wristbands. This is a one-time fee for the stay, paid separately from your reservation directly through the resort’s registration portal. The seven wristbands do not increase this condo’s maximum occupancy of six guests.
30aSeascapes will provide an invitation link for guests to complete registration and payment. Please follow the instructions provided before arrival.
Parking passes may be printed directly from the portal. If you cannot print your pass, the lobby concierge can assist. Use the designated 15-minute parking area while visiting the concierge, then move your vehicle to an appropriate garage parking space.
Parking passes must remain visible on your vehicle’s dashboard throughout your stay. Vehicles without a displayed parking pass are subject to towing at the vehicle owner’s expense.
Golf carts, Slingshots, scooters, ATVs, trailers, boats, RVs, and commercial vehicles are prohibited.

The resort’s 52,000-square-foot lakefront boardwalk provides space to stroll and enjoy the waterfront setting. A fountain music and light show is scheduled nightly at 8 PM, with viewing opportunities around the lake. Show schedules and amenity availability are subject to change.
On-site dining options, a market offering basic groceries and beach essentials, and sweet treats add convenience during your stay. Guests can also visit 810 Entertainment for bowling, arcade games, billiards, food, and drinks. Restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues may have separate charges and seasonal operating hours.
Beach Access: Guest beach access is directly across the street, on the right-hand side of Pineapple Willy’s. The beach gate code will be provided in your Safe Travels email. During peak seasons, the resort’s beach access gate is locked from 10 PM to 6 AM Central Time for crowd control.
Nearby attractions include Pineapple Willy’s, Ripley’s Believe It or Not!, WonderWorks, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, St. Andrews State Park, and Pier Park.
Other details to note:
Anyone over 12 years of age without a valid property wristband will be asked to leave. Guests will find these property bands in the kitchen area. If you lose a wristband during your vacation, you must visit the concierge with a valid ID and pay a $25 replacement fee. If your wristband breaks, you may go to the concierge desk and exchange the broken band for a temporary disposable band.
Prior to departure, leave all wristbands on the kitchen counter. If any wristbands are missing, guests will be charged an $85 penalty fee plus $25 per missing wristband.
The concierge desk operates from 10 AM to 8PM daily. For any arrivals outside of these hours, Property Patrol will conduct an after-hours check-in, with guests required to return the following day at 11AM to complete their unit registration.
A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes’ policies else face fees and/or eviction.
Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
