Enjoy a private entrance, shared pool access, and one designated parking spot. Located minutes from Camp Helen State Park, Rosemary Beach, and Alys Beach, this peaceful coastal escape offers both comfort and convenience. Our unit is only 800 feet to the beach!!!!

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

About the Community/Property:

While staying at 11 Tidewater Court, you will be about a 3 to 5-minute walk away from the stunning coastline! You are about a ½-mile to the gorgeous Camp Helen State Park. Rosemary Beach is less than 2 miles away. Alys and Seacrest Beaches are within a 5 to 10-minute car ride. Northwest Florida Beaches International airport is just a 30-minute drive away.

About the Vacation Rental Unit:

This unit is on the ground (first) floor of the house for easy accessibility and has its own secure private entrance. Upon arrival, park in the driveway, then proceed to the left of the house and walk through the gate. The studio's door is the first door on the right. Please, do not walk to the front door of the home.

A plush king-sized bed for a comfortable night's sleep

2 futon couches for additional seating or sleeping arrangements

Fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator and microwave for your convenience (no stove)

Private bathroom featuring a combination shower tub

Maximum Guest Occupancy: 2 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

Parking:

One designated parking space is included with this unit, in the driveway of the house.

Other details to note:

Some important property disclosures: The property consists of three units. Two ground-floor studios, each with its own private entrance, and 1 unit on the upper floor with its own separate entrance. The only shared space on the property is the pool area, with the pool being unheated. Please note: this rental does not include access to the second-floor balcony, the grill located on that balcony, or the second-floor front door. These areas are reserved for the second-floor tenant only and are not for guest use.

No extension cords of any kind may be used to charge any type of electrical vehicles.

Trash bins are emptied on Tuesday and Friday. Please leave the garbage bins at the end of the driveway for pick-up.

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
