Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Parking:

Guest is granted one parking pass per unit. To get your parking pass, you'll need to go the HOA office on the first floor. Please return to your car with it immediately, as this pass needs to be visible on your vehicle’s dashboard for the entirety of your stay. On-site parking is available for your convenience. Please note that effective June 1, 2026, the resort charges a parking fee of $35 + tax. This fee is paid directly to the resort via a secure link that will be shared with you prior to arrival.

Beach Chair Rental Service: For beach chair rentals, call ahead. Beach Service is available 8am–5pm, March through October, for daily and weekly rentals.

Golf Cart Rentals: For bike and/or golf cart rentals, call Southwind’s Beach Service. Let them know that you are a One Seagrove Place guest to receive our discount.

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
