The kitchen is outfitted with new cabinetry, a new refrigerator, electric cooktop, and microwave, making meal prep easy and efficient. A wood-burning fireplace brings cozy charm to the living area, while central heating and cooling keep the home comfortable year-round. Outside, a brand-new privacy fence encloses the oversized backyard—nearly double the size of typical lots in the neighborhood, creating the perfect setting for outdoor relaxation.

The expansive backyard offers privacy and plenty of room for kids to play. The attached carport and large driveway provide plenty of parking for cars or golf carts. There is a full-size washer-dryer in the hall bathroom’s closet. A separate storage shed and utility room keep beach gear organized and out of sight. The home’s West End location means easy access to The Carousel grocery, Thomas Donuts, and popular local restaurants, all just a quick walk or cart ride away. Despite its proximity to the beach and PCB Parkway, the neighborhood stays peaceful and low-traffic—perfect for your next getaway.

Parking:

The attached carport provides covered parking for the owner’s covered golf cart (which is not a guest amenity) and one additional vehicle. This vacation rental also offers a large, paved driveway with space for 2-3 more vehicles, depending on size. Helpful tip: Look for the white mailbox at the end of the driveway to easily identify this home.
