Sea Me is a townhouse-style 2-story condo at Beachwalk Townhome Condominiums with boardwalk and path access toward the beach beside the unit. The layout includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a full kitchen with stainless appliances and a gas stove, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Sleeps 6 with a king, a queen, and a twin daybed with trundle. You will also have a private patio and a balcony off the primary bedroom, plus access to the community pool, shuffleboard, and tennis courts. Close to Thomas Donut and Snack Shop, Pier Park, Carousel Supermarket, Frank Brown Park, and 30A.



Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.



About the Vacation Rental Unit:



Sea Me is a townhouse-style condo designed for easy beach days and comfortable downtime. Tucked into the quieter back area of the complex, the layout is split across two floors, giving your group a little extra breathing room. Just outside, there is boardwalk access beside the unit that leads toward the beach, making it simple to head out for sand and sunsets.



This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental features:

Master Bedroom: King bed and full ensuite bathroom

Guest Bedroom: Queen bed (has access to the upstairs full bathroom through the hallway)

Common Area Sleeping Arrangements: Twin daybed with pull-out trundle

2nd Bathroom: Located downstairs with walk-in tiled shower (no tub)

Maximum Guest Occupancy: 6 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)



On the first floor, you will find the main living space, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a gas stove, plus an eat-at bar for casual meals. A washer and dryer are included for added convenience. This level also includes a full bathroom with a stand-up shower and a twin daybed with a pull-out trundle, which works well for kids or extra guests. The private patio includes comfortable outdoor seating.



Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed and a private balcony overlooking protected green space. The second bedroom offers a queen bed. The upstairs bathroom includes a tub and shower combo and is accessible from both the primary bedroom and the hallway.



Parking:



There is one designated parking space in front of the unit, labeled 9E. Visitor parking is first come, first served and not guaranteed (and in high demand during peak season). Do not park in any owner-reserved space—vehicles parked in unauthorized spaces may be towed.

 

Golf Carts are not allowed within the complex under any circumstances.

  

About the Community/Property:



Beachwalk Condominiums is a low-rise, two-story condo community on Panama City Beach’s west end. Onsite amenities include an outdoor swimming pool plus tennis, NEW pickleball courts, and shuffleboard courts. The beach is a short walk from the community (about 1/3 of a mile, depending on your route and pace), and Pier Park is an easy drive for shopping, dining, and entertainment.



Pool hours are 8am until sunset. Night swimming is not permitted at Beachwalk after dark.



Other details to note:



To get to the beach, you just walk across the boardwalk and enter the gate code we provide on your day of check-in.



Per HOA guidelines, all pool and beach items must be stored at the back of the unit when not in use. 



Please rinse off sand outside before coming in to help prevent plumbing issues and avoid potential damage. 



All household trash must be bagged and taken to the dumpster at the front exit of the complex (to the right). Do not leave trash outside. Dumpster use is for household trash only—no furniture, appliances, or construction materials.



For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, there is an external security camera located at this vacation rental (doorbell cam).



Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!



Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.



Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
